All customers filled in and submit our Consultation Form where customers agrees that their personal information be collected, photographs and videos taken during our service taken of them may be stored and used in accordance with Bio Organicare's Privacy Policy comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA") and may be used by Bio Organicare for marketing, documentation, audit and publicity purposes on print media, digital media and post events.

This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. For visitors that submit forms on our website (if any), we also store the personal information you provided in the submitted form(s).
We may retain your data for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required or permitted by applicable laws. Any data received from you will be kept in our system until you request it to be erase, however, your data cannot be erase if your data is obliged to be keep for administrative, legal or security purposes.
