Assist to manage, train and develop Therapists and Consultants

Roles and Responsibilities:
Maintain daily outlet operations including coaching, performance of staff, upkeep outlet cleanliness, answer calls, maintain equipments, etc
Works effectively, optimises resources, demonstrates leadership and assist Manager
Co-operate with others, maintains good conduct, complies with instructions, policies and regulations, able to handle employee grievances
Conduct review meeting to follow up on individual and group progress and provide positive and negative feedbacks and motivate group members
Good inventory management, ensuring accurate stock level and transactions
Strategise service approach to customer and assist to train and develop Therapists and Consultants
Manage outlet Human Resource responsibilities such as Annual Leaves, shift arrangement, etc.
Requirements:
1 year experience as a Hair or Beauty Supervisor

Hair Consultant

Scalp Therapist
Roles and Responsibilities:
Perform hands-on treatment for customers

Customer Service
Roles and Responsibilities:
Handle front office reception and administration duties
Greet customers and answer to all customer's enquiries
Competent in handling calls and WhatsApps messages with customers and clients
Perform scheduling appointment calendar and sending appointment reminders to customers
Generating and compiling daily sales target
Perform cashiering duties such as payment collections and receipts
Assist in follow-up of on-going in-house promotions and activities
Can multi task and work independently with minimal supervision
Requirements:
Preferably 1-2 years of customer service, front desk or receptionist experience in the Retail Industry
Excellent telephone etiquette
Basic knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and usage of iPad
